Saints win Super Bowl |
It still feels very sureal. After predicting a Super Bowl win year after year after year, it finally happens and it feels awesome. Aside from all of the great things that have rightfully been written and discussed on air about the Saints, the following two items really stood out yesterday.
1) The was the craziest scrum for a football that I have ever seen.
2) It seemed like Saints fans outnumber Colts fans 10 to 1 in the Stadium. It is very apparent on Porter's interception return.
Soak it in whodatxtreme..... our predictions and dreams have finally come true

Celebrity Picks for the Super Bowl |
Pretty interesting article. Of course the Colts got like 60 out of 100 picks, but Terry "Hulk" Hogan picked the Saints. That's enough said.

Playoff Picture |
Believe it or not, the Saints are one game out of the playoffs with 3 left to play. If we win out and Minnesota loses 1 of the next 3 games, we are in. We've got an easier road left then them so its definitely possible. |

Monday Night Football |
Time for a new post on the front page. Are we turning the season around next monday night? Or is this a repeat of 2001? The Titans looked pretty good on the Defensive line this past week against Manning. Our O-line is going to get pushed around no doubt, Brees better be ready to get rid of the ball quick. |

2007 Schedule released |

Two monday night games for the Saints! Our first home game against Tennessee and at Atlanta. It doesn't look near as tough as our schedule last year but I would say its in the top half for strength of schedule. |

Archie stabs Saints in the Back |
Archie Still Famous Who sides with son over Saintdom
Archie Manning has heard the statement more than a few times this week, and the New Orleans Saints legend shakes his head in wonderment each time. Namely, folks insist he will have a devil of a time picking sides if the Saints play his son Peyton's Indianapolis Colts in the Super Bowl.
Not so.
"Blood's thicker than water," he says. "And people who ask me that, they're really not thinking. I won't have a hard time at all - of course I'd want Peyton to win."
He stresses he's no turncoat, pointing to the Saints' NFC title game Sunday against the Chicago Bears.
"I'm sure not pulling for Chicago, don't get me wrong," he says. "But I'd have to be for Indianapolis at the end of the day. Look, I'm as happy about what the Saints have accomplished this year as anyone. I'm proud. But come on."
Don't you have some siding to sell you son of a bitch.
